"This is a lovely location right next to Lloyd Park. The area is safe, with friendly events held in the park. Parking is restricted to residents only, but we have four electric car charging stations on the side of the property. The area is full of cafes and shops, and Walthamstow Village is just a 15-minute walk away, offering more bars, restaurants, and shops. There are also several nurseries and an excellent catchment area for schools. We've made many friends by walking our dogs in the park, and there’s a real sense of community here. It’s a great location for both professionals and families."
