Property Details
Situated on the sought after Langford Village development. Langford Village benefits from a Local Centre which includes a shop, popular coffee shop, take-away, public house, pharmacy and health centre as well as a sought after Primary School with abundance of open playing areas.
The property itself is approximately 2.1 miles from Bicester North station and approximately 0.8 miles from Bicester Village station, both stations offer direct express train service to London Marylebone. Furthermore, 1.4 miles away from Bicester town centre where you will find a wide range of local amenities including restaurants, shops and Pioneer Square development with multi-screen cinema and Sainsbury's superstore. The M40 motorway is approximately 4.0 miles away and provides you with direct motorway links to London and Birmingham.
Why the owner loves the property:
We chose this property because it's a nice, easy layout house, manageable but nice size garden. House has lots of light, Bicester has lots to offer, central for Bicester, Banbury and Oxford. Near to green space for walks with our dog (we had one then), lovely quiet cul-de-sac, safe front space for our grandchildren, handy shops and pub just round the corner. Train service to London and Birmingham.
We will miss all of the above! Plus our nice neighbours in the cul-de-sac. We'll miss Bicester, our easy to maintain house and garden, the central location. Lots of stuff. But we have to move because we can't manage upstairs now, even with the aids we have. So off to a property set on one level.
