About this property

Built circa 1980 by the current owners to very high standards of that era, the property was further extended in 2000-2001 to create a bedroom in the roof void and extensive accommodation to the ground floor, forming a wonderful family living space. The property has also been future-proofed by adding a ground floor bathroom of the new living space in case a ground floor bedroom was needed. Overall, a bright and spacious family home in a premier location with potential to let the imagination loose.

Planning Permission has been granted since October 2024 for the demolition of the existing roof, erection of roof extension with 2 nos front, 2 nos rear dormers and installation of 4 nos side, 1 no front and 1 no rear roof-lights. Application no: 24/02391/hou
