Owners Insights:

What do you love about your home?

The large open plan reception has been the stand out feature of this apartment, it is incredibly bright due to all of the windows and being able walk out onto a large terrace on a summers day is amazing. Due to it’s size it is also a great entertaining space. The layout of the whole apartment is also well designed with the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs whilst having an additional toilet on the entrance level for guests. The apartment is also at the end of the building and nobody above me so it is very quiet and private.

Why are you moving?

I have had the property since new and it has been a wonderful place to call home for the past 15 years but now it is time for a change and I am moving out to the countryside.

What do you love about the area?

There’s a real sense of community, and everything you could want is just a stone’s throw away. Being so close to Finsbury Park station makes commuting effortless, with quick links to the City and Central London via the Piccadilly and Victoria lines, plus Thameslink for even more travel options. The area is full of life, with independent restaurants, charming wine bars, traditional pubs, and cozy cafés lining Stroud Green Road—there’s always somewhere new to try. I love having the Park Theatre and Picturehouse Cinema nearby for a spontaneous night out, and of course, Finsbury Park itself is a huge bonus for a peaceful walk with a coffee to unwind, having that green space right on the doorstep makes city living feel perfectly balanced. Grocery shopping is very convenient with a Waitrose and Morrisons close by.
