Owners Insight
"We literally moved one road forward when we bought the apartment to gain a more prominent sea view, and having lived in different part of the UK and abroad, the location and panoramic vista never fail to amaze us. Facing south west, we take full advantage of the afternoon and early evening sunshine as it comes across the bay and sets toward the Marldon hills.
As an artist, I only need to look out the windows at the ever changing scenery to get inspiration, and we know we will not find a better view. We love the location on the Waldon hillside, literally having all our wonderful bay offers in front of us. People will possibly wonder why on earth are we moving, and it is simply a lifestyle choice to downsize."
Step Inside
A heavy panelled communal entrance door opens to the communal hall with beautiful decorative tiled floor and sweeping staircase rising two levels to the top floor. A private door with spy hole leads to the spacious reception hall with three storage cupboards. Glazed door to the striking sitting/dining room featuring a picture window with side door opening to the balcony, encapsulating exceptional sea views over Tor Bay taking in Torre Abbey Sands and Torre Abbey Meadows, to the hills of Marldon beyond. The kitchen again enjoys the breath-taking views, and is fitted with a range of units and work tops with sink. Provisions for a range style cooker with filter hood over, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Serving hatch to the sitting/dining room.

Bedroom 1 enjoys the exceptional view from a picture window. There are 2 further bedrooms both overlooking Warren Road. The bathroom benefits from the striking sea view, with suite of bath with shower attachment taps and electric shower fitted over, vanity unit and WC. Part tiled walls, and heated towel rail.
