Eleanburn is nestled within a small hamlet of homes at the Bridge of Gairn on the outskirts of the very popular and picturesque village of Ballater in the heart of Royal Deeside. Ballater lies some forty miles west of Aberdeen along the A93 amid beautiful countryside in the Cairngorms National Park. Directions
From Aberdeen take the A93 towards Ballater and continue through the village and on towards Braemar. Continue over the Bridge of Gairn and Eleanburn is located on the left hand side approximately 1 mile out of the village where you see the Remax for sale sign.
