Accommodation
There is a warm, welcoming and open entrance hall that leads from the front door, with sitting room to the left, kitchen/dining area to the right and stairs straight ahead. Additionally, there is a useful cloakroom comprising a WC and wash basin positioned just as you come in, along with a large, handy storage cupboard, perfectly equipped to store coats and shoes etc. The sitting room enjoys a lovely double aspect from three windows, allowing for an attractive space that provides comfort and openness.
The ground floor has a modern flow through from the sitting area, and into the kitchen/dining room, creating a sociable family home, perfect for those with young children or those that like to entertain. The kitchen itself is fully fitted with a range of wall and base cupboards and drawers, worksurface space aplenty and a stainless steel sink/drainer underneath a window that pairs with double doors to the rear garden, creating another double aspect. A boiler mounts the wall in a cupboard in the corner, while space is provided for a freestanding fridge/freezer and a washing machine. An electric cooker is built in, with a gas hob and extractor canopy above. Ample room is given for a dining table and chairs.
Rising to the first floor, a landing presents each of the bedrooms. Two double bedrooms each have yet more double aspects which fill the rooms with light, with the main bedroom boasting an en-suite comprising a WC, wash hand basin and an enclosed shower cubicle. A single bedroom slots in between the other rooms and a family bathroom rounds off the accommodation, consisting of a WC, wash hand basin and a panelled bath.
Outside & parking
A driveway lies in front of an attached, larger-than-average sized garage which currently acts as a great storage space. Further uncontested but unofficial parking is situated to the right of the property, with other on-street parking available for guests outside.
The garden boasts a pleasant, sunny aspect, with the back of the home enjoying the morning sun from an east facing aspect, while the unblocked side aspect to the garden faces south, allowing the garden to be filled with light all day and creating a lovely warm and bright space during the warmer months. A patio adjoins the back of the home itself, while a footpath leads round the side from the driveway. The garden is otherwise laid to lawn with a variety of small, established shrubs and flowers, all bordered with fencing at two sides and a brick wall boundary at the other. A door into the back of the garage is useful, while from the house, the garden is found via double doors from the dining area.
