Accommodation
Stepping in through the front door, there is a hallway which presents access to the majority of the downstairs accommodation. To the left, a useful study; cloakroom with WC and wash basin; stairs to the first floor and straight ahead, the sitting room with an electric fireplace providing the ideal focal point to the room. Sliding doors from here access the conservatory which is a lovely, bright sunny addition to the property. Double doors from here step out to the garden.
To the right from the entrance hall is the kitchen, which is fully fitted with a range of wall and base cupboards and drawers. Work surface space is provided aplenty, while there is an inset sink/drainer underneath a window to the front. Built in appliances include a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and electric oven with gas hob and extractor canopy over. Additionally, there is a wall mounted boiler as well as a handy storage cupboard under the stairs. The kitchen flows naturally through to a dining area with a window at the rear, creating a bright triple aspect, along with the door to the side of the home.
Upstairs, the landing leads to all bedrooms, beginning with two double rooms at the back of the home. Bedroom one in particular is a great space which also features a dressing area with fitted wardrobes and this area leads into the stunning, recently fitted en-suite. This recently upgraded shower room features a stylish suite with contemporary black fitments, with a modern tiled surround. It comprises a WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and an enclosed shower cubicle. The two front bedrooms are singles, served by a family bathroom which consists of a white suite to include a WC, wash hand basin and a panelled bath with shower over.
Outside & parking
Heading half way in to this quiet cul-de-sac, you'll see no.6 on the right hand side, with a tarmac driveway positioned in from of an attached garage. A neat section of lawn is laid with a flower bed border to provide some decoration to the front. Further parking could easily be created by removing the lawn to allow more space to park up to another two vehicles. The garage is accessed via a traditional up-and-over door, where these is power and light hooked up along with a door at the back providing rear access.
A pedestrian gate at the side leads round to the rear garden itself. A useful brick paved area at the side has handy space for bins, while a door at the side of the houses accesses the kitchen. This then opens up to a patio area that spreads across the width of the home. An area laid to lawn is surrounded by some raised flower beds, hosting some small shrubs and bushes, while the garden is bordered at each side with fencing. The garden features a pleasant and sunny south/easterly facing aspect to enjoy plenty of light at the back of the home during the day.
