From Westhill take the A944 towards Alford. Travel for some 22 miles and on passing through Tillyfourie, continue on and take the left turn, sign posted Tough/Muir of Fowlis. Continue for around four miles until you reach the crossroads. Take a right onto the A980 and on entering Muir of Fowlis take the left hand fork sign posted to Towie. Stay on this road and turn left where sign posted MIlton of Cushnie, Leochel Cushnie and Tillylodge. Continue along this road and just before reaching the bridge take a very sharp right where you see a collection of wheelie bins. The property is a short distance up on the left hand side.
