The site is open 12 months a year, you don't have to holiday let it but is an option open to the prospective buyer.

Site fees are payable of approx £6150 year. This includes water and sewerage and no council tax payable.

Thanet Well has a fully manned reception with shop attached, 24hr on call site staff.
