    The property lies alongside the minor district road, which runs off the B4333 Newcastle Emlyn – Cynwyl Elfed and A484 Newcastle Emlyn – Cwmduad roads, both heading for the ‘Five Roads’ Crossroads. The property is some 7 miles to the Market Town of Newcastle Emlyn which has an array of everyday facilities, and some 10½ miles to the County Town of Carmarthen. The village of Drefach Felindre is some 2½ miles distant and has village stores, public houses, primary school, hall, places of worship and is home to the Welsh National Woollen Mill Museum. The property lies some 800 feet above sea level.
