The position of this house on the development is brilliant, it overlooks woodlands and there is a path to the front that takes you to either Piglittle Field or to the Bluebell Woods.

The garden faces southwest and offers excellent privacy. It provides access to the garage, which is currently set up as a gym but could easily be transformed into a fantastic office space if needed.
