Some words from the owners:
What do you love most about your home/property?
This has been a happy family home for nearly 20 years. We love the large rooms, especially the the lounge which has been great for relaxing and entertaining. The garden is a sun trap when the weather is good and having private off street parking for two cars has been a definite boon.
Why are you selling?
Now that the children have grown and no longer live at home we feel it’s time to downsize.
What do you love about the area?
The Kings Road and Battersea Park are just a short walk away, and we have easy access to Central London. Battersea Square is 5 minutes walk away where there are several bars and restaurants also Thomas’s school. Local shops include a post office, hairdressers, dry cleaners, chemist/ pharmacy, Coop and Bailey & Sage.
