Owner Insight
"We moved to the property 6 years ago and have enjoyed every moment here. The extremely quiet street with friendly neighbours, open plan living area and abundance of natural light are what sold it to us. Having Cockington country park within walking distance is a luxury we make use of almost daily when walking the dog.
Over lockdown we were able to transform the garden into what it is today, offering various spots for BBQs, sunbathing and socialising in the summer sun. There is still plenty of potential with this property, including converting the attic and adding off street parking outside. Both things we would consider if we were staying, however, new opportunities mean we are now moving abroad and sadly saying goodbye to Burridge Avenue."

The kitchen is fitted with a range of units and granite effect work tops with inset sink unit.
