The study makes a great space for writing and enjoys the surrounding views of south Yell. The study leads through to the View/Day room, which enjoys uninterrupted views of the forementioned landscape. The room has a valuated ceiling and exposed wooden beams.
Upstairs there are 2 double sized bedrooms which have a light and airy feel to them.

Externally, at the back of the house there is a stone outbuilding with felt roof and an enclosed garden to the front.

Yell is the second largest island of Shetland and makes up one of the ‘North Isles’. Yell boasts a variety of costal sceneries, beaches, wildlife and history. It is linked to Mainland Shetland by a regular ferry service. Amenities on the island include the Junior High School, leisure centre and local shops.

Directions:
From the Ulsta Ferry Terminal in Yell on the A968, take a right on to the B9081 and a right onto Copister. Continue along the road for approximately 1.3 miles until you reach the end of the road. Auld Haa is the white house directly in front.
