The caravan is sited on a popular, small family run holiday park in a lovely setting and location. The caravan occupies a corner spot which offers privacy, great views and a wide outside side area big enough for 2 to 3 cars. There is also good size decking where you can sit out and enjoy the atmosphere.

The quintessential village of Polgooth is a 10 minute walk away and has a traditional cosy pub and post office/shop. Alternatively, the lovely village of Sticker is also a 10 minute walk away and offers a shop, local pub and bus stop.

The beaches of Porthpean, Charlestown, Pentewan are within a 10 minute drive away.

The holiday park has a heated indoor swimming pool, a clubhouse with events on throughout the year, an indoor bowling facility and is open all year around.

The caravan was manufactured in September 2020 but was newly bought in April 2021. It has hardly been used so is in excellent condition. It has been lovingly cared for.

The site fees are £3756.84 per annum and can be paid 3 monthly or throughout the year. The fees include council tax, tv licence, water. Gas bottles are available to buy on site and the caravan has an electric metre which can be topped up as and when you need. Site fees are currently paid up until the 1st March 2025.
