Owners Insight
"We have made many great memories at the house over the past 18 years, originally just the two of us and now a family of four. The location has been perfect, having a children's play park literally over the road, and just a stroll to the beach and Torre Abbey Meadow. We have been fortunate to have excellent schools close by, with our girls going to Sherwell Valley Primary School just up the road, and now Torquay Acadamy.
We are able to offer the house chain free, and it will be very emotional when we close the door for the last time."
