Description
Jubilee House is a substantial period property in the village of Topcliffe and comes with outbuildings, gardens and paddock land.

The traditional frontage conceals a beautifully presented and spacious interior which has been thoughtfully planned for modern family living. Entering the central hallway you will find a welcoming family room which has a log burner, alcove shelving, beams and picture rails. The study, also at the front of the house has a feature cast iron fireplace and lends itself to a variety of uses. Passing the stairway, which gives access to a family bathroom and cellar, and head into a bright fitted kitchen with plenty of modern storage cupboards, contrasting worktops and a double range style cooker. Space for appliances, a seating area and access to the utility, and WC, make this a practical and pleasant area to prepare meals. Opening directly into the extended part of the house with south facing garden views, the fabulous sitting room is perfect for entertaining. Spacious and bright this contemporary area with huge sliding doors and a roof lantern can accommodate a dining table, sofas and much more.

The first floor reveals three good sized double bedrooms, bedroom two has fitted wardrobes and a private WC, and all rooms have beams, either painted or exposed timber. The principal bedroom is found on the second floor and has been cleverly designed to make the most of the eaves, with fitted cupboards, Velux window, and an en suite shower room. There are further extensive storage cupboards.

The exterior is the gift that keeps on giving, with plenty of outbuildings including one large garage and one smaller garage suitable for two cars, stables, garden studio/office, and log store. The gardens are lovely, with a paved terrace, covered patio, lawns with raised beds and mature planting. Pathways and seating areas, all leading down to the adjoining paddock land with mature trees and open views.
