Some words from the owners:
What do you love most about your home/property?
We love that it's a bright and modern penthouse flat that has a fantastic view from the roof terrace. It also feels very secure and peaceful, but gives you easy access to everything London has to offer.

Why are you selling?
It will be hard to part with our flat as it is in such a lovely area, however we need to move north to be closer to family.

What do you love about the area?
Battersea square is a hidden gem in London, with plenty of great local pubs nearby (The Woodman being the favourite). The square also offers a variety of cafés, bars and restaurants that give a nice buzzy atmosphere, especially in the summer. Battersea Park is also very close, which is one of the nicest, if not the nicest park in London. Battersea Powerstation, Clapham Junction & Wandsworth are all within walking distance and offer shopping, entertainment, dining & drinks.
