On entering Braunton from Barnstaple proceed to the main traffic lights (with our office on your right), turn left onto Caen Street heading towards Saunton/Croyde. On entering Croyde follow the road to the centre of the village and follow the road around to the right heading towards Georgeham. Just before you reach the next bend to the right, the property will be found on the right hand side in a tucked away position and with number plate clearly displayed.
