Description: The block has a path running through it (and this is also a public footpath) in a central location, with the Western (left hand side) aspect sloping down to the track and it levels out more on the Eastern (Right hand side) aspect down to the river. The block consists of a mixture of mainly replanted deciduous species including Sitra Spruce together with areas of scrub and provides opportunities for prospective parties to harvest/replant/ diversify to their own desires.
