Now thoughtfully converted into luxurious residences, this Grade II listed masterpiece invites you to experience both heritage and modern comfort.

Through electric private gates, a tree-lined driveway winds its way through manicured grounds, revealing the stately beauty of Repton Hall. The apartment is accessed via the original main entrance, which opens into an opulent hallway adorned with period features that echo the hall's rich history. A majestic staircase ascends to the first floor, where the entrance to Apartment 8 awaits, promising a home filled with charm and sophistication.

Vendors Comments:

Residents are permitted to have BBQ's and reserve the kitchen gardens for events like Birthdays which has been great. Parking allocated although there is always plenty of parking for guests. We have loved living so close to Victoria Park and the adjacent woods for relaxing walks . David Lloyd is just a few minutes away. Living at Repton Hall is very relaxing and it is a little Oasis in Bristol right by M5 connections, Westbury on Trym and short dive to Clifton or the Town Centre. Perfect location for Southmead Hospital & Aerospace industry. Cribbs is on the doorstep too for shopping. I am sad to sell! It is only due to necessity moving away. I had an incredible time living there.

Grade 2 listed building - Leasehold (share of freehold), 125 year lease started in 2002 -service charge £103.00 pcm for Repton Hall and £135.00 pcm for the estate totalling £226.00 pcm including contribution to sinking fund, landscaping/gardening, communal lighting and power, general upkeep, gates, gate security (telephone) system.
