Owners comments...
I was attracted to this property for the generously sized rooms and abundant storage space. The kitchen is large with space for a washing machine, slimline dishwasher, cooker, and tumble dryer. Both bedrooms have space for a double bed and furniture, with the main bedroom having inbuilt double-spaced wardrobes. The space available in the whole flat is far greater than many recently built 2-bedroomed flat properties.
The cul-de-sac is very quiet. A 10-minute walk gets you to Birch Hill shopping centre, which includes an Aldi, as well as local pub and the primary school. Sainsbury’s Superstore is just a mile away. Also, within walking distance is Swinley Forest, giving great walks and cycling routes. South Hill Park is with gardens and lakes to see, as well as having a theatre, cinema, bar, and restaurant.
The flat has great connection routes being in easy reach of the M3 and M4 motorways as well as both Bracknell and Martin’s Heron train stations. Bracknell itself, with both the Peel Centre and the Lexicon's array of shops, restaurants and bars is just 3 miles away. It is a great place to live.

In a quiet cul-de-sac and close to local parks, nature reserves and with South Hill Park & Swinley Forest within walking distance. Aldi & Sainsbury's Super Store are both within a mile and Bracknell Town Centre with The Lexicon's array of shop's, restaurants, bars and train station is just a few minutes drive away. Access to both the M3 & M4 motorway networks is also within easy reach.

We love the size and layout of these homes - there's scope to put your own stamp on it. The location tucked down at the end of Naseby means it is super quiet too. Perfect first time buy!
