Restrictions

Overage Clause
The acreage beyond Plot 2 will be subjected to an overage clause. Terms of the overage: 50% paid of the uplift in value if any further residential or commercial planning permission is granted on the land that is not used for personal or private business use and is separated from the main title. This does not include buildings such as stables, field shelters, personal use garaging, hay barn or similar. Final wording of such clause will be finalised by the seller and purchasers legal representative. Time period of the clause: 25 years.
Boundaries
