Description The car park is situated in a pleasant and much sought after residential conservation area near Exeter University and within easy walking distance of the City Centre. It occupies a backland site behind the former Christian Fellowship Hall, bordered by residential properties along Pennsylvania Road, with vehicular access available off Powderham Crescent.

The last known use of the site was as a car park for the Old Gospel Hall. Prior to this it was
