Excellent health center with very good doctors - has also been rated as one of the best GPs across Kent. Cul-de-sac location. Views of the orchard. Good sized garden. Separation of living room from kitchen and dining room. Huge master bedroom with generous storage. Double, spacious garage for gym. Parking for up to 4 cars.
What improvements have you made to the house ?
Premium curtains and blinds. Extensive landscaping done in summer 2024 in the back garden with new stepping stones path at the front garden. Log cabin added to back garden on concrete platform. Carpeted throughout garage. New paint and wallpaper done in one of the double bedrooms summer 2024. Premium wallpapering in various rooms - bedrooms, living room, hallway. Additional tiling in the family bathroom and downstairs toilet. Screen installation in family bathroom. Matching splashback in kitchen matching with kitchen worktops - quartz. Installed shelving in the utility room for storage. Overall cost for all the improvements was close to £40k. What have you enjoyed about living there ?
