We originally bought Yorkfold which appealed to us with a very large garden and easy but secure access. With carefully made improvements the property has excelled in all respects allowing us to carry out our business and personal plans. Our neighbor's have proved a rock for us assisting with garden associations, work opportunities, security and overflow parking (Yorkfold's tally exceeds 10 vehicles and includes trucks)Over the 28+ years we have live here the property steadily been improved to a level where little maintenance is required, Yorkfold now looks forward to sympathetic extensions for the new owner's. Our hope is to get a replacement property of a smaller size with the attributes of Yorkfold but with less rooms than the 4 bedrooms a garden of reduced area. Certainly Heat pump and solar panels will be high on our list as these have transformed our running costs. If we can get somewhere that provides as much character and security we will be happy.
