Four Bedroom Linked Detached House For Sale

Located within Martins Wood which offers a selection of local shops and businesses, whilst more comprehensive amenities can be found in the town centre or old town. There is also excellent access to London via the A1 junction 7 or 8 and the Stevenage station which provides access to Kings Cross.

The Seller’s view - "Patio doors from our dining room and utility space lead fantastically on to our incredibly private garden, which is very low maintenance, our porcelain tiles were far from cheap but well worth every penny. Internally a large welcoming hallway provides access to all reception rooms and the kitchen, a storage cupboards is a convenient space to shut away the hoover and ironing board etc. An old school serving hatch is located between the kitchen and dining room, if we were to have stayed we would have opened up the space, as well as extending to create one large open plan kitchen/diner. As it is The dining space has fit eight at Christmas and is adjacent to the outside patio area for BBQ's in the summer. The living room is a lovely size, there is a space which could easily be stud partitioned off for a separate home office. Our utility space is incredibly convenient for keeping the house tidy and has plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer, some of our neighbours have converted this space into a downstairs shower room. The downstairs loo is very convenient when guests are over, this just prevents them from needing to go upstairs.

Ricky's view - A short walk to the shops is useful when you've ran out of an ingredient or missed something off the shopping list, they're located on the same parade of shops where you will find the pharmacy, cafe and community centre as well. Plenty of open green spaces are on your door step too, excellent for morning/evening strolls which hosts many dog walkers and runners. On top of the sellers points a garage is to the rear, kansas designed curved vertical radiators are found in the reception rooms, all four bedrooms upstairs would fit a double bed and both bathrooms are fully tiled, the en suite even has an aqualisa shower. Many local residents are able to walk their children too and from school living here, removing the stresses of the school run. The current homeowners have informed me how friendly the neighbours are, how they look out for each other and take parcels in if needs be.
