Sellers Comments...

We have loved living in our home for the past 34 years, we have raised our children here and now our grandchildren have also made some special memories.

The first thing that we were immediately drawn to was the spacious, private plot with unrestricted views towards the front. The large driveway – with plenty of space for all our family and friends to park.

Even though the house itself was smaller than we needed at the time, we knew it had potential. We decided to rebuild it to suit our growing family's needs, which has served us well ever since.

We've often spotted wildlife that you wouldn't expect to see so near to London. The private road is peaceful and lined with trees, with fields and a forest, offering safe and beautiful spaces for children to explore.

Everything we need is within walking distance - the local school, village shops, parks, pubs, and train stations (direct to London Waterloo) are all a short walk away.

As we prepare to move on, we do so with fond memories. This home has been a wonderful place for our family, and we hope that whoever comes next will find the same happiness as we all have.
