8 years ago I had the opportunity to acquire a good size portion of land so I could build my dream house and I did just that! Full of bespoke features, unique in design we built Philbeck House! I was fully involved in the project and I am so delighted with the end result – all these years on I still continue to enjoy all it has to offer!
Upon entering you will drive onto the sizeable gravel driveway which is just for this property’s use so not shared with anyone giving a lovely tucked away feel. We have beautiful mature trees to the front, and a landscaped area making it a attractive entrance.

We are close to the picturesque old town bustling with restaurants bars and boutique shops – the leisure park full of entertainment and eateries. Ideal for the commuter we are within an easy walking distance of the train station with its high speed links to London within 30 minutes. It is a lovely friendly neighbourhood. We are also in the catchment area to good local schools.
The time has come for pastures new and to let someone else enjoy all this home has to offer!
Agents opinion – wow when I first approached Philbeck House I was blown away the seller has built this home from scratch and it is stunning. Full of bespoke features and even the design of the house is unique giving shape and a beautiful exterior. When you enter you immediately feel relaxed and you can feel the love which has been poured into this build and the finish is immaculate – it truly has to be seen to appreciate.
