Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

People often buy a new build with the benefits of energy efficiency and low maintenance in mind. This gem of a property has both those advantages (there are solar panels installed) and several in addition, having been subject to a full refurbishment and many enhancements since its purchase from new in 2021.

The owners have gone through every detail of the house and thoughtfully upgraded many key areas so as to create a first class modern mews home that balances practicality with style and superb aesthetics.
A real highlight is the rear garden which been transformed by virtue of Indian Stone patio, new turf and superb fencing to all boundaries. The garden is surprisingly private and links to the house via bi fold doors.
