Piglittle Cottage has been our slice of rural living in the midst of suburbia - the perfect blend of sanctuary and convenience. Whether it’s popping into Binfield village to grab a coffee or getting lost in the surrounding farmland, we have been spoilt by choice on our daily walks. Positioned adjacent to a badger protected woodland, with roe deer abundant in the countryside, neighbouring grazing sheep and woodpeckers visiting the garden, Piglittle Cottage is positioned in a wildlife haven.
With Wokingham and Bracknell nearby, and so well connected to London, we’ve truly been able to live the best of both worlds. We will sorely miss this little pocket of paradise.

We really do think this is the best placed home on the whole development, having all the benefits of a modern development while having rural countryside in the way of Piglittle Field and Bluebell Woods on your doorstep is what dreams are made of.
The downstairs has the hallway and downstairs WC and then is totally open plan, with the kitchen having built in appliances and the living area having French doors onto the garden. The patio area has been extended to create an even more social space and the brick wall surrounding the perimeter of garden finishes it off nicely.
Upstairs are three good sized bedrooms, bedroom three has dual aspect windows and has the most beautiful views and the master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and a built in wardrobe.

Piglittle Cottage is located on the Amen Corner development which has great access to the A329M and M4, it also has great links back into Binfield village through the woods and farmers fields or if you'd prefer you can go via Murrell Hill Lane.
The development has Kings Academy Oakwood which is a primary school which opened in 2018.
