Directions
Travelling from Aberdeen on the A944, continue past the turning for Mossat onto the A97 towards Lumsden. Take the next left sign posted to Clova. At the junction follow the road to the left, continuing over the bridge. Travel on this road for around a mile until you see a track branching off to the left with a selection of wheelie bins at the end and a farm building ahead. The property is at the end of the track.
