Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman
Alpraham is an area that has been transformed in recent years, with a number of high quality builds, creating interesting and unique properties. This prime site, with detailed planning permission granted, is sure to attract considerable interest from developers, speculators and investors and has been deliberately priced at a competitive level to attract market interest.
This superb development site is the original garden of the adjacent property, South View. It has the benefit of planning permission for three architect designed detached houses, which are aesthetically pleasing and cleverly thought through with contemporary layouts. Having been masterminded by Beeston Aspinall Architects, the scheme as approved allows for three new build detached houses, each of 2228 square feet (combined total of 6684 square feet) and offering four bedrooms, en-suite, principal bathroom, large open plan kitchen family areas and an integral garage.
