Sellers Story
We bought the property when it was a small bungalow as we could see it had lots of potential and also the location as it’s semi rural with amazing views but also very accessible to major cities and motorways.
I love all of the rooms but the kitchen/living/dining area has to be number one! We spend the majority of our time in here as it’s so large and light with views of the garden and also having the bifold doors make it very accessible to the garden.
Our most memorable moment was having 19 people over for Christmas and easily fitting them all around the purpose built table!
I’ve loved living here as it’s the perfect family home and also great for entertaining and we have had some fabulous bbqs with family and friends on the large patio.
It is a great garden for the numerous dogs that we had over the years and last but no means least all of our wonderful neighbours..., never obtrusive but always there when you need them.
We will miss everything when we leave as we put a lot of blood sweat and tears into this property and I only hope the next residents take care of it and love it as much as we do.
I am only selling it as my children have flown the nest and I need to downsize and enjoy some more holidays!
