Ct.2356/H) for the erection of a garage with its use restricted to use as parking and storage
associated with the permitted Bed and Breakfast only.

A further planning permission was approved on 4th October 2005 (Ref: 05/02004/ful)
(ct.2356/M) to allow for a part conversion of the garage approved under planning
permission ct.2356.H to provide ancillary accommodation. This accommodation was
described in the submitted application form as 'domestic' and 'ancillary to the main house'.
Conditions 2 and 3 as attached to planning permission 05/02004/ful restricted the use of
the converted garage to residential only.

The market town of Cirencester is often referred to as the 'Capital of the Cotswolds'. It is ideally located with the M4, M5 and M40/A40, the mainline train station at Kemble and excellent bus and coach links all within easy reach.
