Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman
For those looking to acquire a detached residential dwelling of just under 1900 square feet with outbuildings and land of around eighteen acres, this a very special offering, ideal for those with an equestrian passion. It also has a development angle, with a former boarding kennels having consent for conversion into a three bedroom two bathroom residential unit.
In terms of additional outbuildings, there is a caravan / mobile home (ideal guest accommodation) and a really impressive 30ft x 60ft agricultural building with four large pens, alarmed internal brick building with toilet and handwashing facilities. This building can be approached by its own private entrance. In addition, there is a six dog or cat kennels with it own kitchen.
The main residence has 1851 square feet of internal space which is presently configured into an open plan style arrangement with extensive reception and living space and two double bedrooms, each with en suite. A future purchaser could easily adapt the layout to suit individual requirements. This property was previously a live work unit but the status was changed to a residential unit on 30 May 2023 with consent granted by cwac under reference 22/02342/ful.
