We are a dedicated estate management team are based in Southgate Road. Led by Edward Benyon, we have a broad range of property management expertise looking after our commercial and residential tenants as well as collaborating on plans for the future. From the office manager to the estate manager we are just twelve people. But that’s also our strength. Some of the team have been working on the estate for years; those that haven’t are soon familiar faces on the streets. We don’t want to be faceless administrators – we care that our tenants get a personal service. The team operates very much like a family and we all know what’s going on. It means that we strive to meet any emergency and solve any problem to make the experience of being a tenant of The Benyon Estate as comfortable and as seamless as possible.
