- Property Valuation - A valuation (or Level 1) is a clear and concise report on the value of a property. Ideal if you are buying a property with or without a mortgage, or if you require advice on residential properties for any purpose (e.g. probate or divorce). This report gives you a valuation with a brief summary of condition.
- Home Buyers Report - A Home Buyers (or Level 2) report is a survey and valuation outlining the condition of the property on the day of inspection. The report covers information about the property, condition, matters for your conveyancer and a valuation. The report utilises coloured repair categories to highlight the urgency of repairs.
