• Take a week’s rent in advance

• Collect rent and complete weekly rent account management
• Manage all tenancy breaches
• Arrange repairs
• Complete tenancy inspection visits
• Manage all antisocial behaviour
• Conduct annual gas safety checks
• Serve Section 21 and 8 notices
