*Our sole agency fees for lettings (Let & Managed service) are: 10% sole agency. For multi-agency: 12%
*Our sole agency fees for lettings (Letting Only service) are: 7%. For multi-agency: 9%
**For all of the above fees we currently do not charge Vat.
