We wanted to run a property agency that was demonstrably better than the industry norm. We recognised all the unnecessary parts of the industry, from the lack of true client care to the short-term-gain mentality, and replaced this with an utterly open, caring approach and an unrivalled level of service delivered with a personal touch. The way it should be. Every agency talks about being local. This wasn’t enough for us. We wanted to be totally embedded in the local community. That’s why we set up our unique referral network and our donation scheme to support our local communities of SW13 & SW14. We’re never afraid of being different, it’s what drives us to be better.
