Regency Lettings & Property Management Ltd is an independently owned and run agency offering a bespoke service to one property clients and larger portfolio clients.  Formed in 1996 by Valissa Burnett, with a wealth of industry experience.  All Tenant find, rent collection and management services are all in-house, with a single point of contact ensuring efficient management throughout.   Leading referencing and specialist insurance company Homelet are used for references and credit checks.  Regency Lettings & Property Management are members of the Deposit Protection Service (custodial service holding tenant deposits), Ombudsman Services (Property), Client Money Protect and Federation of Small Business (FSB). All Tenant Deposits are held in a custodial scheme with the DPS. Regency Lettings & Property Management offer competitive fees.
