Livingroom was launched on January 26th 2006 and has since grown to 26 highly motivated and skilled individuals selling and renting both Local and Open Market property. Guernsey-born Simon Torode returned to the island in 2001 following a successful career as an advertising creative. Working in the estate agency sector he saw a gap in the market for a firm which took the client service side of the business seriously. He applied his keen eye for design and marketing to Livingroom; it is the only agency in the Channel Islands to have a multi disciplinary in-house creative team. Livingroom more than just estate agents with cameras. We have a dedicated in-house creative team comprising professional photographers, videographers, print/digital designers and licensed drone pilots. Quite simply, no other agency in the Channel Islands can offer what we do. The agency prides itself on quality of customer service, innovation and creativity coupled with unrivalled local knowledge.
