Legat Owen is a multi-disciplinary, general practice firm of Chartered Surveyors established in 1986 with offices in Chester and Nantwich and a current staff complement of 40.

We offer a full range of services including agency, property management, landlord & tenant, valuation, building surveying, development consultancy and rating. As a multi-disciplinary commercial property consultant, departments work alongside one another to provide a full complement of services to our clients as required. Geographically, the practice acts across the whole of the UK with particular emphasis on the North West of England and Wales.

The Agency Team comprises 11 Chartered Surveyors working in all aspects of letting, sales and development with a combined experience of nearly 200 years. This experience provides us with valuable insights into the property market throughout Cheshire and North Wales.

Our extensive instruction list across all sectors mean we are aware of occupier requirements for all property types. We cover all aspects of commercial agency including: industrial, office, retail, roadside, leisure, investment and land/development and therefore have a cross-sectional view on the market.
