Hi, I'm Caroline Franklin, and I started out in the property industry in 2003 and over the years I've worked overseas as well as in the UK in a wide variety of businesses, for private portfolio Landlords as well as large joint venture Landlords. I have been both a Landlord and a Tenant, and also worked in independent agencies, always specialising in lettings – its my passion.

This experience gives me a unique 360 view of the industry and I base my service on the principles of always being honest, clear and transparent.

I recognise that each client has individual needs and goals and I take the time to find out what your priorities are to truly tailor my services to you accordingly.
