Over 15 years ago, Mark Charlton and Lee Grace identified an opportunity within the property industry to create a truly independent and professional estate agency, built on family values of honesty, support and trust. Basingstoke & Hartley Wintney were the natural choices to base their sales & lettings operation, both having worked in the area for other corporate agencies since 1987 & 1995 respectively.
