BA Property Services is an independent firm founded by Allison and Ron Davis. We specialise in residential letting and management on behalf of private individuals letting their homes and the investor landlords throughout South Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Surrey. As specialists, we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of the landlord, and, unlike estate agents, our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales and financial services. BA Property Services are accredited by NALS, the National Approved Letting Scheme – a Government backed accreditation scheme which offers peace of mind to landlords and tenants through the knowledge that the firm they are dealing with offers clearly defined levels of customer service. The scheme is also supported by some of the most powerful voices in the property industry. The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) support NALS.
