We are a local, independent firm who specialise in Residential Letting and Property Management. Our Managing Director, Jennifer Van Marle has over 20 years of personal experience in letting properties. As specialists we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of landlords and tenants, and unlike estate agents, our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales and mortgages. We are a small firm and therefore able to offer a friendly personal service. We offer very competitive rates for landlords and tenants and have the added benefit or no VAT to pass on to yourselves. Our main objectives are to offer a straightforward letting service to help landlords minimise their void periods and maximise their investment return with peace of mind that it is in safe hands and to offer tenants quality properties for them to enjoy living in. The areas we cover along the North Wales coast are Colwyn Bay, Upper Colwyn Bay, Rhos on Sea, Llandudno, Penrhyn Bay, Llandudno Junction, Conwy, Deganwy, Glan Conwy, Abergele, Old Colwyn, Llysfaen, Llanddulas as well as all outlying areas.
