Andrea's Lettings was established in 2011 and was then, and has remained to this day, Prestatyn's only dedicated lettings agency.

We are a Rent Smart Wales Licensed Agency and a member of the Property Ombudsman for Lettings and have Client Money Protection and ICO registration in place.

We deliver a highly trustworthy, bespoke, professional and efficient residential letting and management service to Landlords and Tenants in Prestatyn and Rhyl and their surrounding towns and villages.

Whilst embracing the principles of customer care, as an independent agency, our aim is to provide unrivaled customer service in our market place. We are local people with local knowledge and many years' experience in the lettings industry. We are a small, friendly team who care about our landlords and their tenants.

We will look after your property as if it were our own - be it an empty property, one you need to move from but want to continue to own, an inheiritance or an investment property. If yiu wish you move your property from the management of another agent to us, this is also a service we offer that has been taken up many times.

Letting Only (£425 all-in fee) and Full Property Management (£325 set up fee then 9% commission from month two - all-in) packages are available to Landlords and Andrea's Lettings promises to go that extra mile to ensure that their rigorous tenant identity and vetting process ensures the correct match of tenants to properties and to Landlords' requirements; resulting in happy Tenants living in homes they respect, in turn, resulting in happy Landlords.

Ther are no fees payable by Tenants to us.

Our office hours, when we are open to the public are are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.30am-4.30pm and by appointment outside of those days/hours. Our client Landlords and Tenants have access to us 24/7.
